The rules of the road for using Ayansa Studio — plain-spoken, but legally binding.

“Ayansa Studio” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Gurugram, India-based art studio operating the website at ayansastudio.shop and ayansastudio.xyz(together, the “Site”).Ayansa Studio is a unit of AS Craft Studio group. Our registered studio address is Ayansa Studio, E-502, 5th Floor, Platinum Towers-E, Essel Towers, Sector 28, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, IndiaBy browsing the Site, making a purchase, booking a workshop, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to transact on the Site. By booking a workshop or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know at admin@ayansastudio.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account so we can help secure it.
All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If a pricing or availability error is discovered after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Each piece of original art is unique and one-of-a-kind; slight variations between the photographs on the Site and the physical artwork are part of the nature of handcrafted work.
Workshop bookings are confirmed only when payment is completed and you receive a booking confirmation email from us. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. When a workshop has multiple sessions (a “batch”), a single booking reserves a seat across every session in that batch; partial attendance does not entitle you to a partial refund unless stated otherwise.

Commissioned pieces, corporate workshops, and private sessions may be governed by a separate written scope or proposal that we send you. In the event of a conflict, that proposal prevails over these Terms for that specific engagement.
We use trusted third-party payment processors, including Razorpay and (where applicable) Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to the processor’s own terms of service. We do not store your card details on our servers.
All artwork, photography, copy, and branding on the Site is owned by Ayansa Studio (or licensed to us) and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Purchasing a physical artwork gives you ownership of that object; it does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual-property rights. Please do not reproduce, re-sell, or commercially use our images, designs, or content without written permission.
When you leave a review, contact us, or submit a commission brief, you grant Ayansa Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of fulfilling your request and, where appropriate, for portfolio and marketing use (we will always credit you or ask first for anything prominent).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayansa Studio’s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site, workshops, or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email.
