Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We often absorb part of the shipping cost for larger orders; any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Artwork is packed with acid-free tissue, protective foam, and a rigid outer carton. Framed and glass-fronted pieces receive additional corner protection and “fragile” handling instructions. Wherever possible, we use recycled and recyclable materials.
You can see the live status and tracking link of every order in your Account → Orders page. We also email the tracking link the moment a label is generated.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please email admin@ayansastudio.comwithin 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery), ideally with photos of the outer carton and the artwork. We'll triage it with the courier and make it right — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the exact steps and eligibility.
You can enter a separate delivery address at checkout, or save multiple addresses on your account. For gift orders, let us know and we can include a handwritten note from you.
